Step-by-Step Guide: How to Use the WebApp & Bot

For Players (Competing)

1v1 • 2v2 • 5v5
  1. 1. Sign Up & Link Your Riot IDCreate your account on /register, then open your Profile (/profile) and save your Riot ID (e.g. Player#EUW). Your current and peak rank are verified automatically.
  2. 2. Join a Tournament from the CalendarBrowse /tournaments. For 1v1, click Register solo. For 2v2, enter your duo partner's Riot ID. For 5v5, create your team first on /teams/create and share your Invite Code with your 4 teammates.
  3. 3. Enter the Discord Match Room & Voice ChannelWhen the bracket starts, ClutchBot opens a private text channel and 2 team voice channels on Discord. Open the web Match Room (/match-room) to view your opponent's Riot ID.
  4. 4. Play the Custom Game & Watch the 2D ReplayIn 1v1/2v2 you play immediately on the tournament map (no veto). In 5v5 captains run the 7-map Ban/Pick Veto first. After the game, inspect your round-by-round 2D Replay on /matches!

For Organizers & Streamers

ClutchBot + WebApp
  1. 1. Invite ClutchBot to Your Discord ServerClick 'Invite Bot' in the navbar (or visit /discord-bot) and authorize ClutchBot on your community server with Manage Channels & Manage Roles permissions.
  2. 2. Copy Your 18-Digit Discord Server IDIn Discord Settings → Advanced, turn ON 'Developer Mode'. Right-click your server icon on the left bar and select 'Copy Server ID'.
  3. 3. Configure Your Bracket on /tournaments/createChoose 1v1, 2v2, or 5v5, select your Rank Cap (Open, Max Gold, Max Platinum, Max Diamond), paste your Server ID, and pick your slot tier (8 Slots is 100% Free).
  4. 4. Automated Channels, Brackets & 2D ReplaysYour cup goes live on the Calendar. When matches begin, ClutchBot spawns the private channels inside your Discord server and updates brackets automatically.

Anti-Smurf Engine, Peak Rank Verification & 60-Day Lock

CLUTCH ARENA protects grassroots and rank-capped tournaments (such as Max Gold or Max Platinum/Diamond cups) from smurf accounts:

60-Day Riot ID Lockout

Once you link your Riot ID (Name#TAG), it is locked to your profile for 60 consecutive days. No mid-tournament account switching.

Historical Peak Rank Check

When joining a rank-capped tournament (e.g. Max Platinum), our Riot/HenrikDev API engine checks both your Current Rank and Historical Peak Rank.

Self-Service Tournament Builder (1v1, 2v2, 5v5)

Streamers, content creators, and Discord communities can launch a complete VALORANT tournament in 60 seconds:

1. Free up to 8 Slots

Any 8-slot tournament (1v1, 2v2, or 5v5) is 100% Free forever. Need 16, 32, or 64 slots? Unlock Pro Brackets or use a Partner VIP Code.

2. Custom Rules & Twitch Link

Set your custom Rank Cap (Open, Max Gold, Max Platinum, Max Diamond), write your custom rules, and link your Twitch stream.

3. Global Calendar & Leaderboard

Your tournament is immediately published on the Live Calendar, cross-posted to CLUTCH HQ Discord, and counts toward the Top Organizers Ranking.

How to Connect ClutchBot to Your Own Discord Server

When hosting a tournament, you can choose between two Discord modes:

Option A: Your Own Community Discord
  1. Click the invite button below to authorize ClutchBot on your server.
  2. Enable Discord Developer Mode, right-click your server icon, and copy your Server ID.
  3. ClutchBot automatically creates the '🏆 CLUTCH MATCHES' category and private voice/text rooms inside your server!

Don't want to manage a Discord server? Select 'Official CLUTCH HQ' and CLUTCH ARENA will automatically host all private voice and text channels inside the official CLUTCH HQ Discord.

Live Match Room, 5v5 Map Veto & 1v1/2v2 Direct Lobby

5v5 Map Veto vs 1v1/2v2 Instant Map
  • 1v1 & 2v2: No Map Veto required! Players join the custom lobby immediately on the map chosen by the organizer.
  • 5v5 Teams: Captains alternate banning 3 maps each from the 7-map pool until the 7th Decider map remains, then select Attack/Defense.
VALORANT Custom Game Settings
  • Mode: Standard (5v5) / Skirmish or Standard (1v1 / 2v2)
  • Tournament Mode: ON • Overtime Win by Two: ON
  • Cheats: OFF • Server: EU Central (Frankfurt / Paris)

2D Replay Minimap, Economy & Performance Telemetry

Inspired by VLR.gg, every match with telemetry enabled features a complete 4-tab tactical breakdown in the Match History hub (/matches):

Select any round (1–24), scrub the timeline or press Play (1x/2x/4x) to watch player positions, kill lines, Spike plant, and alive HUD rosters.

Overview, Performance & Economy

Inspect ACS, K/D, ADR, KAST%, 1v1 Head-to-Head kill matrices, Multi-kills (2K–ACE), Clutches (1v1–1v5), and round-by-round Bank & Loadout charts.

1) Create a free account on CLUTCH ARENA. 2) Open 'My Profile' and link your Riot ID (Name#TAG). 3) Go to the 'Calendar' (/tournaments), pick an open tournament, and click Register. For 1v1 you join solo; for 2v2 you enter your duo partner's Riot ID; for 5v5 you first create or join a 5-player team in 'Create 5v5 Team'.
