Terms of Service & Tournament Fair Play Policy

All matches must be played with Riot Vanguard active. Any use of third-party software providing unfair advantages (aimbots, wallhacks, triggerbots, recoil scripts, or memory modifications) results in immediate permanent ban from CLUTCH ARENA and reporting to Riot Games.

• 60-Day Riot ID Lock: Once linked to your profile, your Riot ID (Name#TAG) cannot be changed for 60 consecutive days to prevent multi-accounting.
• Peak Rank Verification: For rank-capped tournaments (Max Gold, Max Platinum, Max Diamond), accounts are verified against both current and lifetime peak MMR via HenrikDev/Riot API.

Tournaments up to 8 slots are 100% free. Paid organizer tiers (Pro 16, Major 32/64, and the Monthly Organizer Pass at €29.90/month) are processed securely through Stripe.

• Self-Service Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel renewals at any time directly through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible in their profile.
• Refund Policy: Single tournament unlocks (Pro 16 / Major 32/64) are non-refundable once the tournament bracket has been generated or match rooms have been published.

By inviting ClutchBot (Application ID: 1548973966549319700) to a Discord server or interacting with its slash commands and match room buttons, you grant the bot permission to create and delete temporary tournament categories, text channels, voice channels, and rank/team roles within that server.

• Discord Terms & Guidelines: All users and tournament organizers must strictly comply with Discord's Terms of Service (discord.com/terms) and Community Guidelines (discord.com/guidelines). Discord Inc. is not affiliated with, nor responsible for, tournaments hosted on CLUTCH ARENA.
• Prohibition of Bot Abuse: Attempting to spam slash commands, exploit webhook/interaction endpoints, or use ClutchBot for unauthorized commercial spamming will result in immediate guild blacklisting and account termination.
